TERF work closely with various surrounding conserved forest communities throughout Thailand to continuously study the human elephant conflict, as well as cooperates with the respective communities and other NGOs to jointly find solutions and to carry out possible prevention methods in such problems including; the reduction of impacts from elephants on the farmers’ cultivation.
Invited by Parliament to survey Phu Phan National Park, 2002 – 2003. Studying the human elephant conflict problem and to find the total number of elephants in the park. One female.
